Newman Valley is nestled in a little valley on the historic Newman family farm, near the French Broad River in East Tennessee. The picture on the header is a watercolor painting of one of the Newman Farm barns which was built in the late 1800’s. Although currently there are no animals on the farm (except for the “farm dog”) we always have a HUGE garden and love to share farm stories, recipes and “how-to” blog posts.
The farm has been in the Newman family since the late 1700’s, but today, the farm is just a fraction of its original size. However we still cling to the heritage and the belief that, “Newman Valley – it’s more than a place; it’s a way of life!”
